Celebrating Women: 4CBC

Meet 4 the Community By the Community (4CBC)

This week we are celebrating Noreen, Faith and Jesca, founders of 4CBC, a non-profit organisation that focuses on empowering and aiding community based organisations to reach their full potential. 4CBC works with widows, orphans and the youth from all over Zimbabwe through various projects. They do this as consultants offering legal and project management assistance for grass-roots projects and social enterprises.

~ We must be the change we want to see in our community. We aim to mobilise the community to be the difference they want to see in their own communities and greater still, in their own lives~ 4CBC

Nuggets from 4CBC

~There is power in choices. Ensure there is purpose, knowledge, capacity and execution strategy in your choice making process.

~Think Global and approach your work with a global perspective. Don’t limit yourself to where you are now, but think of where you can be tomorrow.

~There is no contribution too small towards community building. Be a doer, collaborate with like-minded people and let’s keep it moving.

How can women get involved?

Contact us to receive our project calendar and attend events. We also encourage collaborative work among emerging and seasoned entrepreneurs through the Sungano group which Noreen and Faith founded in 2016.

As Deeply Driven we would like to acknowledge the great community work done by 4CBC and encourage women across the nation to get involved however and wherever they can!
